At Hari Kripa Trading, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our wholesale grain and agro products. This Refund Policy details the conditions and procedures for requesting refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are typically processed under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If products are received in a damaged or defective state that was not caused by the customer.
  • Incorrect Shipment: If the products received do not match the order placed.
  • Quality Issues: If the quality of the product significantly deviates from the agreed-upon specifications and cannot be resolved through other means.

Refund requests must be made within 07 days of receiving your order. The products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 07 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges
