Refunds are typically processed under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be made within 07 days of receiving your order. The products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 07 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
